WRC members and sponsored non-members can rent our clubhouse year-round. It is available for pool parties, birthday parties, meetings, classes, etc. The clubhouse is temperature-controlled and offers a kitchen, tables, chairs, couches, bathrooms, and a deck overlooking the pool. During pool season, WRC members and sponsored non-members can also rent our sunbrellas, picnic tables, lawn areas, and grill area.
If you are interested in renting an area of our club, please check our calendar for date availability and fill out this information request form. For fee information, please contact the Clubhouse Manager. For parties of guests over 10 people, please contact the Clubhouse Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
